Chantal Grouls has been a lawyer since 1999 and works in a large consultancy and litigation practice in labour law and privacy law. She has gained expertise by advising and assisting companies in a wide range of sectors: from SMEs to multinationals in the healthcare, metal industry, retail and logistics sectors. In recent years, Chantal has assisted various companies with, inter alia, the harmonisation of employment conditions packages, reorganisations, the drafting and implementation of numerous protocols in the field of privacy and (collective) dismissal law.
Clients describe her as driven, observant, personally involved and thorough. Chantal knows like no other how to quickly bring structure to complex legal matters. She is always looking for useful solutions for her clients. Even if there are no concrete legal problems yet, she approaches her client proactively with preventive advice. She likes to contribute to her clients’ thinking and business. If a solution cannot be reached and proceedings are insurmountable, she can draw on years of litigation experience. Her clientele consists of clients with whom she has a pleasant and long-term relationship of trust.
